This automotive xenon lamp aging test chamber can accurately simulate natural light, providing light fastness, weather resistance and light aging tests for materials such as automotive interiors, plastics, coatings and textiles. Equipped with a 6.5KW water-cooled xenon arc lamp and dual filter system, its spectrum complies with global standards such as ISO, AATCC and GB, ensuring accurate and reliable test results. Adopting PID intelligent temperature control and PTC dual humidification system, combined with a 360° sample rotation structure, it guarantees a uniform and stable test environment. The 10.4-inch Chinese-English touch screen supports custom programs, direct data export and remote monitoring for easy operation. The whole machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel structure and multiple protections, with stable and durable operation, and is widely used in quality inspection and R&D in automotive, materials, textile and other industries.

Scope of Application
Used for simulating natural sunlight aging tests and lightfastness, weather resistance, light-sweat composite colorfastness tests on various materials such as automotive interiors, plastics, paints, coatings, electronic meters, textiles, dyeing, dyes, decorative materials, wooden floors, safety helmets, leather, petrochemicals, rubber, and more. By setting conditions like xenon lamp irradiation energy, temperature, humidity, spray, and xenon lamp light/dark cycles within the test chamber, it provides a standardized simulated natural environment to evaluate material performance changes such as fading, aging, softening, hardening, and cracking.

3. Filter: A dual internal and external light-filtering component ensures the filtered spectrum fully complies with standards such as GB, FZ, AATCC, ISO, and JIS;
4. Irradiation Energy Control Point: Digital setting of light intensity, real-time monitoring, automatic adjustment, meeting the stable requirements of test light sources for different standards (optional control points: 420nm; 340nm; 300-400nm or 280-800nm band monitoring);
5. Temperature Control: The blackboard thermometer (BPT) and black mark thermometer (BST) can be switched and the air temperature (CHT) are monitored at the same work position as the sample, accurately reflecting the test conditions of the sample. The measured data is processed by the CPU and displayed on the color screen in digital, graphical, and curve formats, eliminating the need for shutdown observation.
6. Humidity Control: The PTC high-temperature dual humidification system features durable SUS316 material humidification elements, with dry-burning protection for the humidification tube, ensuring accurate and stable test humidity;
7. Sprinkler System: Pre-spraying and post-spraying, high-pressure spraying generates umbrella-shaped rain mist to simulate natural rainfall effects, with a rainfall rate of 0.4L/min.
8. Data Output Method: The instrument is equipped with a USB port, allowing direct export of test data to an EXCEL spreadsheet document via a USB flash drive for reading on a computer;
9. Display method: 10.4-inch Weintech super large color touch screen for operation and control, with Chinese and English interfaces, multiple test monitoring modes (digital, curve, table), convenient and intuitive operation.
10. Standard Setup: The device comes with 11 built-in programs that can be customized for various testing standards such as AATCC, ISO, GB, and JIS. These settings are permanently saved, allowing direct selection and initiation of tests

3. Low power consumption: The humidity condition has a high heat to humidity ratio and low humidification power. Compared with ordinary humidifiers currently used by other manufacturers, the constant humidification energy consumption at 38 ℃&95% RH is reduced by nearly 80% or more
Sprinkler system
1. Spray method: Sample front spray and back spray can be independently controlled

Security device
Lamp protection: In order to ensure the normal operation of the lamp and prevent damage, this equipment uses a cooling system and lamp interlock. If the chiller fails, the xenon lamp will automatically turn off and the whole machine will stop working
Lamp overheating protection: To prevent the lamp from overheating and running, when the water temperature exceeds the set value for overheating, the instrument will be forced to enter a cooling cycle
Waterway protection: When the circulating waterway of the lamp tube is short of water, the light does not light up to protect the lamp tube from damage
Water temperature protection: The system has an independent water temperature over temperature setting protection, which extends the service life of the lamp tube
Water shortage protection: All water adding components are automatically replenished, and if the water tank components are continuously short of water, they will automatically protect and sound an alarm
Humidification protection: The humidification box automatically protects the humidification components from damage due to water shortage
